Ingredients:


2 pounds ground beef

1 cup soft breadcrumbs

3/4 cup Burgundy

1 can mushroom stems and pieces (4 oz.) -- drained

2 teaspoons onion salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

8 pieces hamburger buns (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 9 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 8 patties. Broil or grill 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve in hamburger buns, if desired.
