Ingredients:


4 ounces semisweet chocolate

1 cup butter or margarine

1 3/4 cups sugar

1 cup flour

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine chocolate and butter in glass bowl; melt in microwave. Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla in bowl. Combine chocolate mixture and sugar mixture, stirring until batter is smooth. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans. Bake at 325ΓΈ for 35 minutes.
