Breakfast Egg Dish

Ingredients:


3 packages Egg Beaters

1/4 cup sauteed green onions

1/4 cup sauteed green pepper

1 cup sauteed mushrooms

1 cup sauteed Canadian bacon or diced ham

---Prepare white sauce as follows:

2 tablespoons margarine or butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper to taste

2 cups milk

4 ounces shredded Old English Cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fold white sauce into egg mixture and pour into baking dish. Saute 2 1/2 cups of soft bread crumbs and spread over egg/white sauce mixture. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over bread crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
