1 medium yellow squash grated
1 medium zucchini grated
1 medium carrots grated
1 medium potatoes grated
1 medium onion grated
1 large egg
2 tablespoons flour
1 dash salt
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation / Directions:

Combine grated vegetables. Take 2 cups of mixture and add rest of ingredients; mix well. Heat small amount of oil in skillet and drop mixture by tablespoonfuls. Fry until golden brown on each side. Remember to fry slowly so vegetables will cook evenly.
