Chow-Chow Pancakes

Ingredients:

                        yellow squash, grated
                        zucchini squash, grated
                        carrots, grated
                        potatoes, grated
                        onion, grated
1                       egg
2         tbsp          flour
1         pinch         salt
1         tbsp          Worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation:

Combine grated vegetables. Take 2 cups of mixture and add rest of ingredients; mix well. Heat small amount of oil in skillet and drop mixture by tablespoonfuls. Fry until golden brown on each side. Remember to fry slowly so vegetables will cook evenly.
