Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups irish or scottish oatmeal
1 1/4 cups oat bran
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix everything together ina bowl and let it stand for 30 minutes. Put the mixture into a floured and greased 2 lb loaf tin and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
