3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup/Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/3 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Tablespoons Vital Gluten, Optional
3/4 Cup Cornmeal
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 Teaspoons Yeast
