Ingredients:


2/3 Cup flour

3/4 Teaspoon balking powder

1/4 Teaspoon baking soda

1/8 Teaspoon salt

1/4 Teaspoon sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable shortening -- chilled

1/4 Cup light sour cream

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

3/4 Cup orange marmalade

2/3 Cup flour

3/4 Teaspoon balking powder

1/4 Teaspoon baking soda

1/8 Teaspoon salt

1/4 Teaspoon sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable shortening -- chilled

1/4 Cup light sour cream

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

3/4 Cup orange marmalade
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 425. Sift first 5 ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add sour cream and milk and stir just until mixture form a stick soft dough. Measure heaping tablespoonfuls of dough and drop on a buttered baking sheet Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden. Serve with Marmalade
