Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:


1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup strawberry milk

1 cup lemon yogurt -- lowfat

3/4 cup whole milk

1 can reddi-whip real whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except Reddi-Whip in a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a large glass. Top with a generous amount of Reddi-Whip. Makes 2 10-ounce glasses. *May substitute strawberries or other seasonal berries for raspberries.
