Champagne Sherbet Punch

Ingredients:


1 quart pineapple sherbet

4 cups pineapple juice

1/4 cups lemon juice

750 milliliters Champagne
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together pineapple and lemon juices in a chilled punchbowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. At serving time, add champange slowly, stirring gently to combine. Add scoops of sherbet carefully; stir gently and serve. NOTE: For variety, use different sherbet flavors such as lemon or coconut.
