Ice Cream Ginger Fizz

Ingredients:


1 can fruit cocktail (16 oz.) -- drained

4 large eggs

1 pint vanilla ice cream

1 cup ginger ale -- chilled

1 pint Additional vanilla ice cream (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine half of first 3 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Repeat procedure. Gently stir in ginger ale. Pour into individual glasses; top with additional ice cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
