Strawberry Colada

1 1/2 ounces dark rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce cream of coconut
3 ounces frozen strawberries in syrup
1 cup crushed ice

Preparation / Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a large wine glass. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry, if desired. May also be served in a hurricane glass.
