12 tortillas flour tortilla
1 pound cream cheese
1/4 cup jalapeno jelly
1 pound roast beef
1/2 medium romaine lettuce
8 ounces guacamole

Preparation / Directions:

spread tortillas with cream cheese top with 1 teaspoon jalapeno jelly on each place roast beef onto tortillas, in a single layer place one romaine leaf onto each piece of roast beef spread guacamole over lettuce leaf rollup tightly place, seam side down, onto a piece of waxed paper cover and chill for 4-24 hours slice into 1-inch pieces place, cut-side up, onto a serving platter serve slightly chilled, or at room temperature
