Beef Chorizo

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper (coarse)
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Allow mixture to marinate over night or for 2-3 hours. Cook well. Serve with eggs and flour tortillas. Note: Chorizo is made with pork. If you prefer pork over beef, substitute with a like amount.
