Marinated Round Steak

Ingredients:


1/4 cup wine vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons catsup

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all together, place round steak and marinade in season serve for about 3 hours. Invert container several times. This makes enough to marinate about 2 pounds of round steak, then broil for 5 minutes on each side, or to your taste.
