Preparation / Directions:Remove the crusts from the bread and soak bread in the milk until soft.=20 Squeeze out excess milk, then lightly mix the moist bread with the ground=20 beef until thoroughly absorbed. Add the seasonings and shape into a large=20 round, about 1 inch thick. Preheat the broiler.
