Cowboy Sirloin Steak

1 bunch chopped parsley
3/4 pound bread crumbs
3/4 pound melted butter
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
4 cloves garlic
2 fillets sirloin steaks -- 7 to 8 ounces each
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil -- as needed
1 bottle bbq sauce -- as needed

Preparation / Directions:

For the topping, combine all ingredients and blend well. Rub the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with oil and pan fry or cook on a grill to your desired doneness. Glaze both steaks with BBQ sauce. Top with bread crumbs and finish in a hot oven until brown. Serve immediately.
