Preparation / Directions:In a saucepan, sauté onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in flour, salt and black pepper. Add milk, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly, about 1 minute. Stir in drained corn, sausage slices and drained black beans. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
