Ingredients:


1 large can pork and beans

1/2 pound pork barbeque -- shredded

1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped

1 medium red bell pepper -- chopped

2 medium jalapenos -- seeded and chopped

1 large Vidalia onion -- chopped

4 stalks celery -- chopped

3/4 cup barbeque sauce

2 tablespoons prepared brown mustard

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 cup molasses

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 dashes hot sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon cumin

12 ounces beer
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients in a sturdy aluminum pan or an old pot--don't use your wife's favorite as it will get black. Smoke beans for about 6 hrs. (or until the ribs are done
