Crunchy Pea Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
8 ounces water chestnuts -- sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons bacon pieces -- cooked
20 ounces peas -- thawed
1 teaspoon milk
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup green onions -- sliced
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine sour cream, vinegar, milk, sugar, salt and garlic powder. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing. Cover and chill about 2 hours.
