Preparation / Directions:Cook beans until tender, drain, puree in blender or food processor with onion and lemon juice. Melt margarine in a sauce pan. Blend in flour. Add milk, water, and soy or bouillon. Stir until thickened. Add pureed bean mixture; salt and pepper to taste.
