Cajun Green Beans

4 slices bacon
1 large onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1 package frozen green beans -- (fresh may be used)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon creole seasoning

Preparation / Directions:

Put bacon into skillet with onion, garlic, and parsley. Saute' until onion is soft. Add beans, salt, pepper, garlic salt or powder, and creole seasoning Cover and simmer until beans are cooked. Water can be added during simmering to keep beans from sticking to pan. Cook about 20-30 minute
