Butterscotch Cheese Cake Bars

12 ounces butterscotch chips
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup nuts
2 cups graham crackers -- crushed
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation / Directions:

Melt the butterscotch chips with the margarine and add the nuts and crushed graham crackers. Put one-half of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy; add the Eagle Brand milk, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour over graham cracker mixture; add the rest of crumbs on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
