|The coconut and oranges give a really tropical taste to this banana pudding.|
Preparation / Directions:
1. Place the bananas side by side in a buttered ovenproof dish and pour the orange juice and sugar over them.
2. Sprinkle with the dessicated coconut and bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes.
3. Serve hot with the whipped cream
