Avocado With Gazpacho

1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
3 tablespoons peeled finely chopped cucumber
3 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon minced pickled jalapeno pepper
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 medium avocado -- peeled halved and -- pitted
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 medium lettuce
1 package tortilla chips

Preparation / Directions:

In small bowl combine onion, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and lemon juice. Brush avocado halves with additional lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. Place avocados on bed of lettuce and fill each half with gazpacho mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
