Low-fat Hummus

4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons light peanut butter
5 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
6 cloves garlic
2 medium green onions
19 ounces chickpeas, drained

Preparation / Directions:

Blend lemon juice, peanut butter and yogurt. Add garlic and onions and continue to blend, slowly adding chickpeas a little at a time, blending well after each addition, until smooth.
