Low-fat Hummus

Ingredients:

4         tbsp.         lemon juice
1         tbsp.         light peanut butter
5         tbsp.         nonfat plain yogurt
3 to 6    large cloves  garlic
2         medium        green onions
19        oz. can       chickpeas, drained
 

Preparation:

Blend lemon juice, peanut butter and yogurt. Add garlic and onions and continue to blend, slowly adding chickpeas a little at a time, blending well after each addition, until smooth.
