This recipe is great as an appetizer. It is quick and easy to make. Always a hit during the holidays. A real tummy filler....


1 medium 10 Inch round Sourdough bread
1 jar artichoke bottoms
4 ounces Brie (cheese)
2 cloves garlic
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Jack Cheese
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 small brown onion.

Preparation / Directions:

Hollow out bread to create a bread bowl. Drain artichoke bottoms and chop into small pieces. Cut Brie Cheese into small pieces, mince 3 garlic cloves, 2/3 cup Mayonnaise, 1 cup Jack Cheese Grated, 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated, 1 small onion minced. Mix all ingredients. Put inside hollow bread bowl then put "bread lid" on top. Cook 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with French bread cubes or wheat thins. Also great with raw veggies. And of course you can eat the entire bread bowl.
