Ingredients:
10 Inch round Sourdough bread, 1 jar artichoke bottoms, 4 oz. Brie (cheese), garlic, Mayonnaise, Jack Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, small brown onion. |

Preparation:
Hollow out bread to create a bread bowl. Drain artichoke bottoms and chop into small pieces. Cut Brie Cheese into small pieces, mince 3 garlic cloves, 2/3 cup Mayonnaise, 1 cup Jack Cheese Grated, 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated, 1 small onion minced.
Mix all ingredients. Put inside hollow bread bowl then put "bread lid" on top. Cook 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with French bread cubes or wheat thins. Also great with raw veggies. And of course you can eat the entire bread bowl. |
