Quick Pate Mold

Ingredients:


1/2 pound liverwurst -- cut in small pieces

1 package cream cheese -- softened

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon wylers or steero chicken-flavor instant -- bouillon

1 package parsley -- optional

1 package melba toast
 

Preparation / Directions:


In small mixer bowl, combine liverwurst, cheese, onion and bouillon; beat until smooth. Turn into well-oiled 2-cup mold. Chill. Unmold; garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with Melba Rounds. Refrigerate leftovers.
