Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine |
3 Cloves garlic |
2 1/2 Teaspoons TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce |
1/2 Teaspoon salt |
3 Cups pecan halves |

Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 250°F.
In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic; TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce and
salt;
cook 1 minute. Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on
baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally.
Makes
3 cups.
