Grandma Bertai's tutta variation #2
 

Ingredients:


1 package spinach or green or red swisschard

1 package Philadelphia cream cheese one pkg per bunch of greens

1 package parmeasean cheese

2 large eggs (1 egg beaten)

1 cup bread crumbs italian flavored

1 crust pie crust top and bottom (or hand made is always better)
 

Preparation / Directions:


remove stems from swiss chard (and spinach) boil mix everything and pour into pie crust top crust brush with beaten egg and put into oven until golden brown
