Easy and delicious - also known as the "One" Fruit Salad due to all of the ingredients being "one." A light and not-too-sweet fruit salad for any occasion and especially holidays! |

Ingredients:
1 can Mandarin Orange Slices, drained |
1 can Pineapple Chunks, drained |
1 can unsweetened Mixed Fruit, drained |
1 cup flaked sweetened Coconut |
1 cup chopped Walnuts or Pecans |
1 cup Sour Cream |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and chill. You may choose to add a sprinkle of vanilla, ginger or cinnamon for variety.
