Easy and delicious - also known as the "One" Fruit Salad due to all of the ingredients being "one." A light and not-too-sweet fruit salad for any occasion and especially holidays!
 

Ingredients:

--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  1       can           Mandarin Orange Slices, drained
  1       large can     Pineapple Chunks, drained
  1       large can     unsweetened Mixed Fruit, drained
  1       cup           flaked sweetened Coconut
  1       cup           chopped Walnuts or Pecans
  1       cup           Sour Cream
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well and chill. You may choose to add a sprinkle of vanilla, ginger or cinnamon for variety.
