A low calorie delightful treat! To enjoy guilt free as a dessert snack or even breakfast. Cinnamon adds flavor and is an extremely healthy spice proven to speed up metabolism.
 

Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt greek nonfat vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
1/4 cup granola ( bear naked fit vanilla almond crunch)
 

Preparation / Directions:

just stir ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle granola on top and voila! add more honey if you wish to make the yog sweeter. freeze yogurt in small paper cup to enjoy frozen if desired
