Rum Flavored Currant Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons currants

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

3 tablespoons dark rum

24 ounce vanilla low-fat yogurt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the first 3 ingredients; let stand 30 minutes. Mix in the yogurt and pour into 2 quart ice cream freezer. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instruction
