Crunchy Yogurt Cups

Ingredients:


4 cups cinnamon grahams cereal

2 tablespoons margarine or butter -- (do not use spread)

12 ounces yoplait custard style -- original low-fat yogurt -- (any flavor)

3 cups cut-up fresh fruit -- (banana slices, strawberries, grape halves -- chopped apples)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 375ΓΈ. Slightly crush cereal; set aside. Melt margarine in square pan, 9x9x2 or 8x8x2 inches, in oven. Stir in cereal. Bake 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Cool completely. Layer cereal mixture, yogurt and fruit in each of 6 dessert dishes; repeat. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
