Basic Strained Yogurt

Ingredients:


2 cups plain nonfat yogurt

1 piece strainer

1 piece bowl

1 medium orange

1 small sieve lined with

10 sheet cotton cheese cloth
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt in a yogurt strainer over a bowl. (Or, use a small sieve lined with a piece of 100-percent-cotton cheesecloth.) Cover and let drain in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight. Makes about 1 cup.
