Snow Cap Casserole

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups granburger

1 cup hot water

1 tablespoons corn oil

1 cup onion chopped

1/2 cup shredded raw carrots

1 can condensed cream of celery soup -- 10 1/2 oz

1 can sliced mushrooms -- 4oz, drained

1 can green beans -- 16oz, drained

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 1/2 cups whipped potatoes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rehydrate granburger with hot water for 10 minutes. Pour a little oil into a dutch oven. Saute the granburger, onions, and carrots in oil till onions are tender. Add soup, mushrooms, beans and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Blend thoroughly. Place mixture in a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Combine whippped potatoes and remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Spread potato mixuter over the granburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
