Ingredients:


2 tablespoons Wheat Flour

2 tablespoons Maida Flour (optional)

2 tablespoons Rava

2 tablespoons Rice Flour

1 teaspoon Corn Flour

2 tablespoons Cooked Rice

1 cup Sweet Corn/White Corn (crushed)

1 cup French Beans, Carrots (chopped)

1 medium Tomato (chopped)

1 small Ginger paste

1 teaspoon Green chili paste

1 teaspoon Salt as required

1 tablespoon Water little qty. to get proper consistency
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preparation: Mix all the ingredients properly .Now take a little qty. of the ready mix and lay on the non stick tava as pan cake or dosa and put very less oil on the corners of the ready mix. Let it be golden brown and cook on the other side also. Now it is ready .You can have with chutney or sauce. Happy Eating…………….
