Sweet And Sour Baby Onions

Ingredients:


20 ounces frozen small while onions, thawed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons broen sugar

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules or 1 cube

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl, combine onions and oil; toss until well coated. In a slow cooker, combine onions with vinegar, brown sugar, bouillon granules, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 4-1/2 hours or until onions are soft. Great served with grilled chicken or chops.
