2 large Fresh tomatoes -- sliced
1 piece 8-oz.round mozzarella -- Sliced into rounds
1 small Sweet purple onion -- Peeled and slice into rounds
2 tablespoons Fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Calverts cedar street -- Garlic mustard
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoons Capers

Preparation / Directions:

Alternate slices of tomato, cheese and onion, overlapping to form an attractive arrangement. Repeat this order until all of these three items have been used. Combine next 5 ingredients (Dressing Ingredients) and drizzle over salad arrangement. Chill until ready to serve.
