Sooz's Potato Shakers

Ingredients:

4 medium potato -- cut in 1 inch chunks
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon seasonings
 

Preparation / Directions:

Heat oven to 425. Wash and cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks. For best coating; do not rinse. Pour 2 tablespoons oil into 13X9 inch rectangular pan, covering bottom. Place potatoes with seasonings in plastic shaker bag. Shake just until coated, do not over shake. Empty potatoes evenly into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Toss before serving.
