Rhubarb Supreme

Ingredients:

4 Stalks rhubarb -- cut in 1 inch pieces
1/3 Cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
1 package strawberry jello
 

Preparation / Directions:

Place first 4 ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Stir to blend and to keep from sticking. Cook for about five minutes or until rhubarb is soft. Add jello, stirring to blend. Remove from heat; let cool. Add chopped nuts. Place in refrigerator in a covered container until ready to serve.
