1/2 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
3 tablespoons Sweet butter
2 medium Crookneck squash -- Thinly sliced
2 medium Onions -- diced
2 Clove Garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon Oregano leaf
9 large Eggs -- beaten
3 tablespoons Calverts cedar street -- Bumpy beer mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded swiss cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F. Heat oil and butter in a heavy frying pan (10 inch). Add squash and onions and saute 10 minutes. Add next five ingredients. Stir and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 15 more minutes or until center holds its shape but is not dry.
