Pea And Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

10 ounces frozen green peas -- thawed
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons sweet red pepper
1/3 cup salad dressing
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
6 medium tomatoes
1 tablespoon paprika
1 Bunches leaf lettuce

Preparation / Directions:

Cook peas according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine peas, cheese, celery, onion, sweet red pepper, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Core and hollow out fresh tomatoes. Fill tomatoes with pea mixture. Sprinkle on paprika. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, place tomatoes on top of lettuce leaves. Approximately 5 minutes
