1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup Water
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 large sack frozen mixed vegetables
1 large Chopped onion -- to taste
1/2 cup chopped celery

Preparation / Directions:

Put vinegar in measuring cup and add enough water to make 1/2 cup. Mix sugar with flour and add liquid. Cook, stirring until it thickens; add mustard. Cook mixed vegetables as per directions; add to dressing and cool. Add onion to taste and celery. Mix and store in glass jar. Keeps a long time in refrigerator.
