2 packages frozen vegetables -- (10 oz.)
1 cup cubed velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 can durkee french fried onions -- (2.8 oz.)

Preparation / Directions:

Set oven to 350 degrees. Prepare vegetables as package directs, but cook only 4 minutes. Drain and place in greased 2 quart baking dish. Add cheese to vegetables. Mix soup and milk and pour over top. Bake 25 minutes. Top with onion rings. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Try using broccoli, French cut green beans, sugar peas or cauliflower. For color, add 1 cup sliced, cooked carrots.
