1 large orange
1/2 cup dried cranberries
8 ounces pecan halves
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh chili paste
1 head butter or Boston lettuce - torn into bite-sized pieces
1 package mixed field greens
1 can mandarin oranges, drained -- (11oz)
3/4 cup Marketplace Toasted Sesame Dressing-- up to 1 cup

Preparation / Directions:

Preparation: Remove zest from orange, cover and set aside. Squeeze juice from the orange. Put juice into small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, stir in dried cranberries; cover and let stand 30 minutes. Discard juice and set aside. Can be madde day before. Spread pecans on baking sheet, toast in preheated 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes. Meanwhile combine sugar and chili paste in medium bowl. Remove pecans from oven and toss with the sugar-chili paste mixture. Spread out on foil covered surface to cool. Can be made day ahead. In large mixing bowl combine butter lettuce and field greens. Pour Marketplace Toasted Sesame Dressing, toss to eat. Place in serving bowl. Arrange oranges and cranberries over. Toss gently. Garnish with pecans and orange zest. 6-8 servings
