Preparation / Directions:
Combine carrots, onions, celery and squash and place approximately 4 tb of mixture in the center of each steak. Roll and tie each one with string. Place inside slow cooker and pour half of sauce on steaks, as well as any leftover vegetable mixture. Set slow cooker on LOW and cook for 8 hours. During the last 45 minutes of cooking time, pour off accumulated liquid carefully and add remaining sauce. Remove from slow cooker. Before eating, remember to remove ties. You may use toothpicks to hold together as you place on a serving platter, but remember to remove them before eating.
